Shree Jewels, a leading jewelry company, recognized the importance of integrating safety and sustainable development (S&SD) into their existing asset optimization program. However, it needed help defining the key value driver trees for S&SD and conducting an operational review to ensure successful integration.

To address this challenge, Lemon Consultech led a workshop with the S&SD team at Shree Jewels to identify the key value drivers that would have the greatest impact on their operating profit. The team then assessed the maturity of their management approach for each value driver by creating value driver trees and a set of self-assessment questions for each area.
