Lemon Consultech associated with Grown Diamond to help define key value driver trees for Safety and Sustainable Development (S&SD) in order to integrate S&SD into the existing Asset Optimization program and to Support the S&SD Integration team on conducting an Operational Review using the value driver trees.
Key Deliveries:
Lemon Consultech led a workshop with members from Safety and Sustainable Development (S&SD) to determine which value drivers would have the greatest impact on operating profit. The maturity of a site's management approach to each key value driver was then assessed by creating value driver trees for each of the areas and a set of self-assessment questions. The S&SD Integration team was then helped by Lemon Consultech during an operational review to pilot the value driver trees.

Key value driver trees were defined for the following S&SD value driver which has helped Grown Diamonds in its larger sustainability goals as under:

- Greenhouse Gas Emissions
- Water
- Waste and land stewardship
